It's Official!

This blog was a long time coming. Gregg has been away a bit recently because he's been traveling to Medical School interviews!! Yes, plural! We couldn't be more proud of this guy right here. I don't want to be too specific about locations, but throughout January and the beginning of February, he will have traveled to New Jersey, Florida, Wyoming, Iowa and Nevada. He was lucky enough to stay close for one of them here in Utah. It's been one emotional roller coaster because it's a very unpredictable road, but he has had many great interviews and has a couple to go.

We will say this, Gregg HAS been accepted to Medical School! It IS Official! And it couldn't be more deserved. Every day, every month, every year that has passed, Gregg has worked his little tail off. If it wasn't being a great husband and an amazing father, he was going to class, studying, going to work, putting in volunteer time and research hours and trying to maintain some element of a family and social life. He worked and he worked HARD. And the best part is, it has paid off. He is going to continue the interview process and see how things shake out, but it was wonderful to have a great school say such really wonderful things about Gregg and offer him a seat at their school. I'm sure it won't be too long until we will want to talk about the details, but most importantly, he WILL be a doctor! Everything he has worked so hard for is becoming a reality. And I'm completely not biased, but that man in the picture above is going to make one hell of a doctor! Congratulations, my love!
