MN Christmas- 2011

Eek! This blog is doing funny things to me today. Too bad I've had these pictures on here for weeks (which apparently just posted by accident with only the pictures and no text, but just now getting to upload everything to the blog!)
On the plane ride to Minnesota to spend Christmas with the Koski side. She was such a great flyer!
A little cuddle time the very first night. Hard to discuss bed time the minute you walk in the door!
Getting to hang with Gregg's Army buddy Jamie who also lives in MN- perk!

Having some breakfast with Uncle Jeff!!!  Oh, how he spoils her!

A trip to MN is never complete without a dance party with Uncle Jeff

Our big winnings from the trivia game at the bar!

Jacki knew how to please our sweet pea! They had a good time!

Kaylen teaching everyone the Yo Gabba Gabba dance she knows... the twirly whirly!

Hanging with cousin Emma

Of all treats... she picks a cupcake.  Some things will probably definitely never change.

Pre-Christmas Christmas!- Oregon

There are obvious perks to traveling to see family for Christmas, but the issue is what to do with all the presents sitting around our tree!  Because taking them all with us is not an option, it just meant we got to have two Christmases!
Our sweet girl opening presents from us and from Gregg's side

Daddy made us red pancakes and green eggs for Christmas!

Kaylen knows just how to empty her stocking
Kaylen got lots of books, but she wanted to help Daddy read his new medical book!

She used her new stinking cute hat from Auntie JJ as her new wrestling helmet with Daddy!

It was so much fun to have Christmas in doses this year.  It was a nice way to spread it out and enjoy the season.  I really do love Christmas.  I realized this year my parents must have done a lot growing up to make it feel really special for me. It's been extra special since Kaylen was born to spend it with my side and Gregg's side as her excitement makes it that much better!  Now we were ready to head to Minnesota to spend this Christmas with the Koskis!
